How can I be sure the perfume is authentic?
All of our fragrances are 100% authentic, we guarantee it! We decant the fragrance directly from the original Retail Bottles (which we also sell) into smaller, more affordable Sample Vials and Travel Sprays. The decanting process is done by our company in a temperature-controlled environment, meeting the highest standards to ensure the integrity of the fragrance.
How many sprays do I actually get from 1.5mL?
Roughly 15-20 sprays. Each vial is enough for 3-4 proper wearings, which is plenty of time to live with each scent before committing to a full bottle.
Do these samples expire? How should I store them?
Unopened, they'll stay good for a long time, just keep them away from heat, direct sunlight, and humidity (a drawer or cupboard is perfect). Fragrance lasts longest somewhere cool and dark.
Can I return or exchange a discovery set if I don't like the scents?
The whole point of a discovery set is to try before you buy, so pick freely. For hygiene reasons opened vials can't be returned, but you can contact our support if you receive a wrong/damaged product for hassle free exchange or returns.
