A relaunch of the original Tuxedo from 2015, this version retains the same soul — opening with crisp violet leaf, coriander and bergamot, moving into a spiced floral heart of rose, black pepper and lily-of-the-valley. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be raised within 7 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on the product:
- Retail bottles: if unused, unopened and seal intact.
- Decant cases & accessories: if unused and in original packaging.
- Refillable atomizers: only if unused and sealed.
- Partials: exchange or store credit only.
- Decants & sample sets: not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Exchanges ship after the returned item is verified, price differences are adjusted, and we arrange a free reverse pickup.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund is initiated within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
